CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We Understand That Travel Plans Can Change Because Of Personal Reasons, Health Issues, Family Emergencies, Or Other Unexpected Situations. If You Want To Cancel Or Postpone Your Booking, Please Send Your Request To Us In Writing By Email. Cancellation Charges Will Be Calculated Based On The Date We Receive Your Email. We Request That You Read This Policy Carefully Before Booking, So You Know The Cancellation Rules In Advance.

For Hotel Bookings, Resort Bookings, Tour Packages, And Taxi Bookings, The Charges For Cancellations Are Determined Based On The Number Of Days Before The Check-In Date You Decide To Cancel Your Booking.

• If Your Booking Is Cancelled More Than 45 Days Prior To The Check-In Date, Then 10% Of The Total Booking Cost Will Be Deducted, And 90% Will Be Refunded.
• If Your Booking Is Cancelled Between 30 And 45 Days Prior To The Check-In Date, Then 20% Of The Total Booking Cost Will Be Deducted, And 80% Will Be Refunded.
• If Your Booking Is Cancelled Between 15 And 30 Days Prior To The Check-In Date, Then 35% Of The Total Booking Cost Will Be Deducted, And 65% Will Be Refunded.
• When A Cancellation Takes Place Between 7 And 15 Days Prior To The Scheduled Check-In Date, 85% Of The Booking Charges Shall Be Deducted, And Only 15% Would Be Refunded.
• In Case Of Cancellation Before 7 Days Of The Scheduled Check-In Date Or The Failure To Report On The Scheduled Check-In Date Without Notice To Our Management, The Total Amount Of The Booking Fee Will Be Deducted Without Any Refund.

It Should Also Be Remembered That Written Cancellations Through Email Only Will Be Considered Acceptable, While Oral Or Informal Notices Through Telephone, Messaging, Or Personally Will Not Be Acceptable Forms Of Cancellations.

We Request All Customers To Allow At Least 24 Hours For Booking Confirmation And Voucher Processing. Booking Vouchers May Be Shared Through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Or A Printed Copy, Depending On The Booking Process.

For Bookings With Three Guests Staying In One Room, An Extra Mattress May Be Provided As The Additional Bedding Arrangement.

The Cancellation Date Will Be Calculated From The Date We Receive Your Written Cancellation Request. If Your Request Is Received After Office Hours, The Next Working Day May Be Treated As The Official Cancellation Date. The Travel Start Date Itself Will Not Be Counted While Calculating The Cancellation Period.

During Peak Travel Seasons And Major Holidays Such As Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, And Independence Day, Hotels, Resorts, And Forest Lodges May Follow Different Cancellation Policies. If Any Special Cancellation Rules Apply, They Will Be Shared With You At The Time Of Booking.

Government taxes, hotel charges, permit fees (where applicable), guide charges (where applicable), fuel costs, and other approved charges may change from time to time. If any such increase takes place after your booking is confirmed, the additional amount may need to be paid before travel.

We are not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, losses, or interruptions caused by situations beyond our control. These may include bad weather, strikes, traffic problems, public events, festivals, government restrictions, temporary closure of attractions, hotel overbooking, or limits on visitor entry. In such cases, we will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives whenever possible. However, refunds or compensation for such situations may not be available.

Any dispute related to bookings, services, payments, or cancellations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
