Thank You For Choosing Us For Your Wildlife And Travel Experience. It Is Important That You Read Through These Terms And Conditions Before Booking. By Booking Through Our Agency, You Accept The Following Conditions.

BOOKING, PAYMENTS, AND CONFIRMATION

The Modes Of Payment We Accept Include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, And Direct Bank Transfers. All Payments Should Only Be Made To The Bank Account Of The Company Provided To You By Our Team.
For hotel or resort bookings, the client is supposed to pay a down payment of 75% of the total cost. This will ensure that the reservation gets confirmed. The balance is payable when checking in. Full payments can also be made
It Is Mandatory That All Government Taxes And Charges Are Paid By The Customer.
The confirmation of your booking may take up to 24 hours after the completion of the process. After confirming the booking, your voucher and travel details may be sent to you via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other mode of communication that is convenient for you.
Please ensure that all personal information about you and fellow travelers is provided accurately. This will prevent additional costs and penalties from being imposed on you. Any such cost will be the customer's responsibility.

HOTELS, AND TRAVEL SERVICES

The actual itinerary might be different depending on factors such as availability, weather conditions, etc. Please take the time to go through the list of inclusions and exclusions in the package to avoid confusion.
Bookings of hotels and resorts involve booking of rooms of the standard category only unless stated otherwise. Additional costs will be incurred if you wish to book a higher category room.
In Case The Chosen Hotel Or Resort Is Not Available, An Alternative Hotel Of Equal Category May Be Arranged For You.
Whereas For A Room With Three People, There May Be An Additional Bed Offered By The Hotel.
The Common Check-In Time For Hotels Is 12:00 PM, And Check-Out Time Is 11:00 AM Unless The Hotel Operates On A Different Schedule.

PRICING, CHANGES, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Package Prices May Be Higher During Peak Seasons, Festivals, Long Weekends, Christmas, New Year, Holi, Diwali, And Other Special Occasions.
In some cases, government taxes, hotel charges, fuel costs, guide fees, entry fees, or other mandatory expenses may increase after your booking. In case the above situation arises, the excess amount should be settled prior to starting the tour.
Customers are responsible for making all payments on time. If any pending amount is not paid within the agreed time, we may cancel the booking, stop the booked services, and keep any advance payment already received.
We always try to provide all confirmed services as promised. However, services are subject to availability, government regulations, and operating conditions at the time of travel.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We get it that plans change! If you need to cancel, your refund depends on the rules set by your hotel, resort, or transport company. Each provider has its own policy, and we have to follow that. We cannot change their rules or decide on refunds ourselves.

Once you cancel, we will ask the provider for confirmation. As soon as they approve it, we will start your refund. The time it takes to get your money back depends on your payment method and how fast the provider processes things.

We are here to help you book, but the final decision always stays with the service provider. Just let us know, and we will do our best to guide you through it.

LIABILITY, FORCE MAJEURE, AND LEGAL JURISDICTION

We Try Our Best To Make Sure That Your Travel Experience Is Delightful. But We Will Not Be Responsible For Any Loss, Damage, Accidents, Or Injuries That May Happen To You During Your Trip.

There Are Certain Things That Are Out Of Our Hands And Control. This Can Be Due To Any One Of The Following Reasons: Bad Weather Conditions, Poor Road Conditions, Labor Strikes, Local Festivities, Traffic Snarls, Government-Imposed Curfews, Hotel Over-Bookings, Closure Of Parks, Restricted Access, And/Or Any Other Unforeseen Incidents. Here Too, We Will Do Our Best To Offer You Alternative Plans Where Possible. However, We Cannot Guarantee Refunds, Compensation, Or Reimbursement For Disruptions Caused By These Events.

Through The Use Of Our Services, You Acknowledge That You Have Read, Understood, And Agree To The Terms And Conditions Presented Here.

In The Event Of Any Disputes, Claims, Or Other Legal Proceedings Related To Our Services, The Jurisdiction Shall Remain Only With The Courts Of New Delhi, India.
